How to work at the Bonus Factory?

Each taxi driver can earn additional income by working at a Bonus Factory. To work at a Bonus Factory, you must first learn the "Potter" skill. To do this, open the "Skills" page in your profile and click the "Learn" button in the "Potter" skill block.

As you gain experience with this skill, you will be able to upgrade your potter skill on this page, allowing you to have a greater influence on the bonus production process. This means you will become a more valuable and higher-paid employee from the perspective of Bonus Factory owners.

The earnings of each individual potter are determined by the owner of each Bonus Factory. It can range from 20% to 80% of the order cost. When the salary is paid, the potter receives the earned money into the accounts that were used by the Bonus Factory clients to pay for the production of bonuses.

The potter can work with any available order at the Bonus Factory. Their task is to choose an active order and either reduce the production time of the bonus (click the yellow button on the left in the factory block), or increase the size of the bonus (click the green button on the right in the factory block).

Each action of the potter at the Bonus Factory consumes their energy. After completing an action, the potter must wait some time before being able to perform another action in the same workshop. The amount of energy consumed and the waiting time depend on the potter's skill level.
