How to become the owner of a construction company?

You can purchase a Construction Company and gain your first clients on the day of its opening! In this market, demand far exceeds supply!

Acquire any available plot in the Polis, build a Construction Company building, and you will receive a steady stream of clients, three accounts, and a crystal account, which is indispensable in the construction business. The Construction Company can repair any buildings.

Note that until you receive accreditation, the Construction Company will only be able to repair its own buildings, and the rent for each construction site is 1 TXM per week.

The cost of accreditation is 990 TXM. Renewal of accreditation costs 490 TXM. Renewal of expired accreditation costs 990 TXM.

To purchase an additional construction site or to upgrade the level of an existing site, you will also need crystals.

You can customize the background, name, and logo for your Construction Company. For each construction site, you can set the prices and payment methods for services. Additionally, you can choose and disable any payment methods you do not wish to use!

Any construction site can perform repairs on buildings of any level, but with varying quality (i.e., after the repair, the buildings will last a shorter or longer time depending on the level of the construction site).

The higher the level of the construction company, the higher the quality of the repairs it performs, and the greater your profit!

To upgrade the level of the construction site, click the "Upgrade Level" button:

Payment for upgrading the level is made from the main account of the construction company. Make sure that your company's account has sufficient funds to upgrade the level.

Leveling up is possible only when no buildings are being repaired at the construction site. During the upgrade process, the construction site will close and will not be able to accept orders. However, you can speed up the leveling process by paying with crystals. Immediately after payment, the site will be back in operation!

You can hire employees who will do all the work for you! You will only need to collect the profits!

To hire employees, you can post a job vacancy that any interested player can respond to, or you can send a direct invitation to a specific user.

Employees can also influence the quality of the services provided by the construction company, either by improving the quality of repairs or by speeding up the repair process.

A salary of 20% means that players can receive (at most) 20% of the order value as salary—provided that all employees are continuously pressing the buttons for the rollback without rest.
