Dispatch companies

Only owners of Taxi Parks or Mining Companies can use the services of the Dispatch Company. Go to the "City" section and click on the "Hire Dispatchers" link.

Select the most suitable Dispatch Company for you based on its rating, available bonuses, department occupancy, and service costs, then click the "Visit" button.

Next, select the department you are interested in and click the "Hire Department" button. Departments differ in the types and sizes of bonuses they provide. The higher the level of the department, the more types of bonuses it can offer to client companies.

Then choose the contract duration and payment account, pay for the contract with the Dispatch Company, and the bonuses for orders from your Taxi Park or Mining Company will begin to take effect.

In addition to the main bonuses, during the contract period with the Dispatch Company, your company will receive additional bonuses:

• +10% to employee deposits to the bonus account;
• Free posting and boosting of job vacancies;
• Extension of the building's service life for the duration of the contract.

The bonuses will be displayed in the active bonuses block on the page of your company for which the department was hired.

The contract can be made for 1 or 7 days. During the contract period with any Dispatch Company, you will not be able to use the services of another Dispatch Company or another department of the already selected Dispatch Company.

The owner of the Dispatch Company has the option to change the bonuses provided to your company at any time. It may be useful for you to negotiate with the owners of the Dispatch Companies about this and alternate the provided bonuses.

Learn the "Dispatcher" skill to gain the ability to work in a Dispatch Company. To do this, go to the "My Office" section, click on the "Upgrade Skills" button in the "Skills" block, and then click the "Learn" button next to the "Dispatcher" skill.

To get a job as a dispatcher, check the job openings of Dispatch Companies or negotiate with Dispatch Company owners for an invitation to hire.

As a reward, dispatchers receive a share of the contract value between the Dispatch Company and client companies—proportional to the work completed.

You can work in all departments of the company. To perform work in any department, click the "Work" button for that department.

Then click the button with the headset icon next to any of the orders.

This will complete your contribution to processing the selected order, and you will be able to work in this department again in half an hour.

This action will consume a certain amount of energy. Each processed order in the Dispatch Company contributes to the development of your dispatcher skill. Improving your dispatcher skill is beneficial: the higher the skill level, the less energy you will spend on processing each order in Dispatch Companies.

Attention: The order will receive the stated bonus only if it is processed by 4 dispatchers from the company.

To open a Dispatch Company, you need to build a Dispatch building in the Polis. The location of the Dispatch Company does not affect its operation.

Upgrade the building level to:

• Increase the maximum number of Dispatch Company employees— the more employees you have, the more orders your clients will receive the stated bonuses for.
• Increase the influence points in the area—that is, your passive income from investments in virtual real estate in Taxi-Polis.

To create a new department in your Dispatch Company, click the "Add Department" button.

Level up the departments of your Dispatch Company. This will allow you to unlock new bonuses and increase the effect of their application.

Click the gear icon to configure the selected department. You can select the company levels that have access to this department, the possible contract duration, as well as the payment methods and corresponding prices.

Don't forget that you need to pass Accreditation to provide services to other companies and hire people to work; without it, you can only provide services to your own companies. This feature is available in the "License" tab.

The "Vacancies" tab will allow you to manage the company's vacancies, pay salaries to your Dispatch employees, and send personal invitations to players for jobs.

The "Stats" tab contains detailed statistics about the Dispatch's overall performance and each of its employees individually.

Use the "Promo" section to elevate your company above others in the Dispatch list.

Remember: when providing services, the Dispatch Company consumes crystals. Keep an eye on the crystal balance in your Dispatch Company to ensure you can provide Dispatch services and earn profit from this business.
